The Northwoods Youth Apprenticeship Consortium recently held a YA Coordinator meeting. The agenda included guest presentations from the Wisconsin DWD - Equal Rights Division, Wisconsin Virtual School, and Wisconsin Laborers' Apprenticeship and Training Fund.  It was a great day of learning for our team, which will continue to help support our growing number of YA students. #YouthApprenticeshipWeek

CESA 8 Director of Communications Dean Leisgang spent some time filming youth apprenticeship students in their work-based learning environment. It's great to see businesses like Metal Works in Gillett getting involved with local school districts by providing hands-on opportunities for students.
